The search for great investment opportunities
It doesn’t matter how old you are or how much money you have, one thing that we all have in common is a desire to find great investment opportunities. It seems that some of the major hotel brands have also seen that investors crave these guarantees and whilst their client base may have changed slightly they still need guests in their accommodation. The projects concerned are in the tourist hotspots of Pattaya and Phuket and offer guaranteed returns for five years with projected returns for subsequent years.
The Amari in Pattaya is a completed project and offers a 5% p.a. rental guarantee for five years with very prudent projected returns of in excess of 8% p.a. in subsequent years. The Best Western and Ramada projects, both under construction in Phuket, guarantee returns of 7% for five years with impressive projections of 10% p.a. in the years thereafter. All offers are extremely attractive and are sure to make investors sit up and take note.
These are all 5-star hotels backed by their experience and management expertise not to mention the fact that, needless to say, are all in prime locations that will prove popular now and long into the future. As safe investments go, these are an excellent option and well worth adding to your investment portfolio.
