It pays to go with experience!
Emerging Trend Advisors (ETA) may be a new name to many connected with the real estate industry but the individuals behind it are far from new to the industry, Pattaya or Thailand. They come from all around the world including the United Kingdom, China, Russia and Thailand and are fully conversant in several other European languages. They know the local and international markets inside out and are in the perfect position to be able to advise you on where to invest.
ETA is a ‘coming together’ of a group of individuals with a variety of professional skills to form a team of focused wealth accumulation advisors who recommend products that are property backed. The company was formed to satisfy a gap in the Asian property market. A company that has high moral standards and beliefs that is more focused on building long-term, business relationships as opposed to making a quick profit.
The company believes in only recommending companies and brands who are ‘world class’ and have an excellent reputation for both their financial performance but also how they take care of their other stakeholders. ETA will only deal with the best of the best and carry out their own due diligence on every company and every project. The criteria that every recommended company must meet is the same every time and includes, but not restricted to the following:
• A long standing, proven track record dating back a minimum of 5 years
• They must have completed a least 5 SUCCESSFUL projects
• The business plan will need to be sound and will be checked and questions asked
• Local political and economic conditions will need to be stable and strong
• All information will have been check and a full due diligence report will be prepared by their lawyers
ETA have their international headquarters in Pattaya, Thailand and many of the projects that they recommend are from this area. However, through their large, well-established global network of partners they are able to recommend other projects throughout Thailand and indeed other countries within ASEAN. The global partners must conduct the same due diligence as ETA and have sufficient experience within the industry both at home and abroad.
Many of the projects that are recommended by ETA are with some of the large, internationally renowned, 5-star hotel management companies. This includes Amari, Best Western, Centara, Holiday Inn and many more to come – all names that are synonymous with quality and excellence. This doesn’t mean that smaller projects aren’t consider or in fact presently available as projects that are recommended to some clients, but they must meet the same standards as the better known, larger brands.
ETA currently has a wide selection of options that are available in Pattaya, Phuket and Koh Samui so you can be sure that using their experience they will be able to make the right recommendations to you. Profit never comes before a client’s needs or interest so the company takes a great deal of time getting to know individual clients to fully established and appreciate what they are looking for. No client will ever feel like they have been rushed into making a decision as ETA understands that these are very important and big investment decisions. This only comes from experience.
There are several options available to clients and these will be tailored to meet individual needs. All of the investments are offering great returns with the lowest return starting at a very healthy 7% p.a. which is guaranteed for five years.
