Get Ahead With the Large Hotel Chains!

Investing is a tricky business and we all want to be a successful as we possibly can. Some of us have more knowledge than others but one thing that all investors want is the best returns for the lowest amount of risk. Risk free investment are practically impossible to find these days and better returns are usually associate with higher levels of risk. This doesn’t always need to be the case but you do need to look around to find out what is out there.

 

Investors tend to associate lower levels of risk with investments that are tangible – physical investments that they can see, touch and feel. Whilst this doesn’t necessarily guarantee that theywill be safe, it does enhance the chances as in most circumstances, the investment can’t be taken away. Infact, they have become so popular that some deals are now being made available in the large 5-star hotels.

Rental guarantee concepts with the major hotel chains are certainly growing in popularity and there are a few options here in Thailand. Three very impressive options available at the present time in thepopular tourist destinations of Pattaya and Phuket. All of them are situated in hotels managed by some of the biggest names in the business which should give investors even greater confidence. The first recommended option is available in Pattaya on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand and in the completed Amari hotel. The option available here is a guaranteed return of 5% p.a. for five years with a predicted return of 8% p.a. in the following years although this is not guaranteed but does appear a very prudent amount given the resort’s ever growing popularity.

The remaining two offers are in hotels in Phuket and available from Ramada and Best Western. Both of these properties are still currently under construction but in order to compensate investors for this the deals on offer are slightly improved with both offering guaranteed returns of 7% p.a. available for five years with projected return in subsequent years of 10% p.a. All three of the deals are attractive offers due to the relative low risk the investor is exposed to and the returns offered.

These types of offer will certainly give investors the opportunity to get ahead with their investment portfolios and all with the knowledge, skill and financial backing of some of the best-known hotel chains in the business.
