ETA ESCROW THAILAND is a brand new Thai limited company that has recently been incorporated to ensure utmost security to our investors. ETA Escrow Thailand is a “holding company” for the multiple “asset holding companies” that make up this structure.
The structure that has been put in place is being operated in a way which makes it very unique and the steps taken to get here are the result of a determination to develop investment products and opportunities with an uncompromising attitude towards our decision put ourselves in the shoes of the investors and delivering on what’s important to them as supposed to what’s the most proﬁtable way to operate.

Our investors can track their investment and have full access to comprehensive ﬁles about the underlying assets that are securing their finances. This enables you to check, as often as you like, that your investment is being managed with full integrity.
By visiting ETA ESCROW THAILAND and typing your “Client ID” into the search facility, you will then be presented with the exact Certiﬁcates regarding the assets your investment is secured by. Conﬁrming “over-leveraging” or “overselling” are never happening.

The structure consist of 2 types of company
Asset Holding companies (multiple) we have isolated each property and transferred them into separate companies. In the majority of cases, we have set these companies up ourselves after being left with little choice after learning that over 80% of the companies that housed properties, we were buying weren’t safe to take over.

- To enable us to oﬀer an investment that is safe from the eﬀects of marketing and the subsequent ﬂuctuations in the market value of the real estate.

After having invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to put this structure in place, we can beneﬁt from the ﬂexibility it gives us concerning what products we can oﬀer.
Magna Carta has been engaged to process all the transactions and will be updating what they do when they do it and be uploading the supporting documentation online.
Magna Carta has also been employed to submit all tax returns, and ensure the companies are managed appropriately from an administrative point of view.
