How does it work?
1. You purchase the unit, and it is transferred into your name
2. ETA will register a 10-year lease at the Land Office
3. ETA will pay you a rental which will be 10% of the value you have invested per year for a term of 10 years. This money will then go back off the remaining balance of the property.
4. After the 10-year term, ETA will offer to buy back the unit for 200% of your original invested amount with you taking back control.
